Complete UK Visa processing time 2023

This article details the timeline of my UK Student Visa grant and documents required. Note that this may not appeal to all and each case may need personal attention. To state my case, I graduated in June 2018 from Samtse College of Education with Bachelors of Education. However, right after my graduation and till date, I was into my Start-Up. Therefore, I opted for Master of Business Administration. You may notice some odd situations like, about five years of gap and changing the course. Therefore, I have provided documents accordingly like, Tax Clearance Certificate for operational years, Income Statement, Letter of Attorney for Business Operations in my absence and obviously the future prospect on return. Having set the context, I have laid down the time-line. I hope this may be of aid to you. Therefore, a " Complete UK Visa processing time 2023" in shared below.

1. First mail

At 10th Feb 2023 at 12.32 AM,
from consultant informing of the virtual meeting with the following details.

Kindly find the Zoom links for UK Consultation.
Date: 11/02/2023-Saturday
Time: 10 am – 12 am BT

2. Second Mail

At 20th March 2023 at 12:14 AM

This email is to confirm that your seat to study in the UK is confirmed and the enrollment process will start soon. We are aware of the information that you might need before you decide to apply. Our team will be giving a short briefing on the courses, Overview of UK, and the visa application process. Kindly join the session by attending the zoom meeting on 21/03/2023 at 2:30 PM.

Note: If you fail to attend the meeting, useful information will be missed and might delay the application process.

After the information session, we will begin the enrollment process.

3. Third Mail

At 21st March 2023 at 11:54 PM

Dear Genuine Applicants, I hope you are doing well. I am your case processing officer/Counselor Passang Dorji, and I will be assisting you further to apply to the UK. Please read this email thoroughly.

Since we received a huge number of applications for the September intake, we will be enrolling those applicants who can send us documents at the earliest.

While sending me your documents please mention your choice of course and complete set of documents for enrollment. If in case you are having trouble choosing a course, I will assist you.

Documents for Enrollment:

Passport ID (Stamped pages if any)
Past Visa Refusal Documents (if any)
CV – All gap filled (2 to 3 pages)- If already submitted, might need some changes if required.
Academic Transcripts (class 10,12, degree, and completion certificate)
IELTS Test Report (if any)
Employment Letters (Appointment letter, letter of recommendation, EOL, Salary slips of last three months)- Submit during Visa Application-(Keep Ready)
Personal Statement -Please refer attached Guidelines ( 2 to 3 pages write an essay type)

Applicants are requested to submit all the documents in clear, Clean and color scanned format (soft copy) by email or by visiting the office with the original copy. Genuine applicants are also requested to make the Provisional Service Fee payment before Enrollment.

4. Fourth Mail

At 25th March 2023 at 4:10 AM

Dear Prospective client, (Consultancy Fee)

With the issuance of this order, you are now required to make a prepayment one-time Professional Service Fee (PSF) of Nu. 25,000 (twenty-five thousand only). This is to ensure your commitment towards our service and firm.

Further, Case Processing Officers are instructed not to begin a client's case until they have received the above-stipulated payment in full.

Note: You must provide your name in the remarks section so that we can recognize your payment.

5. Fifth Mail

At 25th March 2023 at 6:12 AM

Dear Dorji,

Thank you for registering with us. This email is to inform you that the deadline for the submission of the documents for enrollment is on Tuesday 28th March 2023- submit only Primary applicant documents.

Please note that we will be issuing the offer letter by the end of next week so failing to send the documents on that mentioned date will result in delayed offers.

We apologize for the sudden announcement of the deadline however the sooner the more beneficial it will be for you.

6. Sixth Mail

At 31st March 2023 at 12:29 AM

Dear Dorji,
Thank you for meeting the deadline and sending the documents. We were able to finish the enrollment process on time.

Tomorrow, on 1st of April, we will be issuing offers for those who have enrolled with us. Please visit our office with all your documents in the mentioned time below:

Postgraduate: 9 am sharp
Undergraduate: 2 pm sharp

Please bring following documents:
Most recent certificate and transcript
English qualification- if any
Personal statement
One reference
CV
Passport and previous visa (if the student does not have a passport, please submit their national ID in the meantime)

7. Seventh Mail

At 4th April 2023 at 09:06 PM

Dear Dorji,

We have received your full offer letter, kindly visit office during office hours for further discussion and please join the Bhutanese Community in UK page using attached QR Code.

8. Eight Mail

At 16th April 2023 at 10:36 PM

9. Ninth Mail

At 11th May 2023 at 01:00 PM

Both VISA (Primary & Dependent) were launched on-spot. Charges include VISA Launch Fee and Health Insurance. Note: Manage an international card for payment, Great Britain Pound (GBP).

10. VISA Arrival

Primary Applicant VISA: At 23th May 2023 at 02:29 PM

Dependent VISA: At 30th May 2023 at 03:12 PM

Conclusion
